the post bounce *mind clarity* is something to be rivaled with.

you may be dragging your heels to get on your trampoline but once you start, you’ll realize it was the quickest 30/50 minutes in your day. you won't regret it.

everyone starts somewhere and if you’re a beginner, just give it some time and patience, it will click. and no, you don’t have to be uber flexible or a gymnast, just someone who’s willing to try something new.

which leads me to … consistency is key, whether that's once a week or 5 times a week, keep going.

you don’t have to be a dancer or some wizard, the classes are guided by the bounce fairies (amazing trainers) so you build a combo in small pieces and put it all together throughout for ‘showtime’ at the end.

you won’t fall off, trust your body. you’re not actually bouncing up, but down. (took me a few classes to figure that out)

prepare to become addicted to one of the best workouts ever.
*bonus: if someone asked me what three things i could bring to a deserted island, it'd be a machete, my dog bear and my trampoline.
