Located downtown in the center of Tribeca, the ness offers a variety of workout classes designed to meet your fitness goals. We specialize in dance exercise classes on the trampoline that challenge your body and mind, and strength workout classes on the mat that use body weight or free weights for mobility and strength. Our beat-based method combines high-energy moves with great music. Both in-studio classes are low-impact and vary in intensity levels. Please note we will be moving to a brand new studio located at 200 Church Street from 11/16 onwards.
