Whether you’re in for the full stack or just a bite, Lil’s curation will keep you moving with purpose all week long.

This week, our digital spotlight shines on Lil Aronoff, whose teaching style and training picks deliver equal parts fire and finesse. Her current lineup balances classic bounce, slow-burn strength, and moments of deep recalibration—designed to meet you wherever you are, whether you’re easing in or ready to go full beast mode.

Here’s what Lil is loving on the ness digital right now:

Monday: Party Arms!

bounce advanced #51 | arm choreo party push | jess
I love this class with Jess because it starts my week on a HIGH. It’s a celebration of movement and breath. The arm-ography and addition of weights in the bounce wakes my mind up and has me feeling energetically ready to take on the week ahead!

Tuesday: Stable & Able

advanced duo #48 | deadlift day | lil
This class is such a good one to shake out any BS—then come back and reground myself. The choreography is spicy, but coupled with the stability of the repeated deadlift variations, I can find calm within chaos. When the physical slows down, I tap in and reconnect with my intention.

Wednesday: Midweek Snack Stack!

bounce focus #110 | speedy side to side snack | aly
It’s short and sweet. While it is fast paced, it’s a full-body feel-good sequence! There’s no mindf*ckery here—as I twist and rock evenly from side to side, I can feel my entire body warm up.

core focus #22 | crunch to v-sit | lil
I lock all of my effort in during this cohesive supine core finish—the day is mine!

Thursday: Trance

bounce #32 | …ready for advanced | aly
Aly takes me on a movement meditation with this one. The combo is long—it’s giving evening-length work and I am so here for it. It’s such a beautiful thing to be so hyperfocused you become lost. The transitions flow seamlessly and I feel like I am transcending time and space.

Friday: Me, Myself, and I

cardio sculpt #47 | fast paced plank push | lil
This class is a favorite because all I need is myself. No equipment, just breath. The cardio bursts push me while the beat grounds me. I love how fast and full and continuous the sequence is—pushing my mind and body simultaneously.

Saturday: Endurance

bounce hiit #16 | high rep endurance | jess
Jess takes me away with spicy sprints and lengthened strength. Light on choreo but HEAVY on power. I love how this class pushes pace and effort a bit further, knowing recovery is built in (yay circuit training!). The plank sequences between the bounce bursts recharge me and allow me to give MORE.

Sunday: Snack Stack Finale (40 min curated burn)

upper body focus #173 | a pirate’s life for me | colette
Co destroys me with a towel—that’s that.

lower body focus #169 | tabletop rainbow pulse | jess
Tabletop series are my Everest. I never want to do them because they humble me every time, so shoutout Jess for this one (accountability!). Also, with my arms already warm from Co, I am primed.

core focus #183 | plank sandwich | lil
This one pairs on so seamlessly after that tabletop because it starts up in plank! Booty and arms are JUICY, and then I get to lay back and really target my deep abdominals.

stretch focus #18 | towel assisted stretch | aly
And now I honor all of that effort with this luscious cool-down. Aly has me cat-cowing and spiraling fully in this much-needed spinal dance.
