We’re handing the mic to Aly this week as she takes over the ness digital with her top class picks. Whether you're in the mood to glide, howl, or just stay grounded, Aly’s curated lineup brings a little bit of everything—intention, intensity, and the occasional demonic combo.
Here’s what she’s loving right now:
A bounce stability feels like an old trusty.
This class makes me feel ready for anything because it hits every part of my body. I love how light the bounce section feels after the extended—and very spicy—balance variations at the start. It’s the perfect way to kick off the week with confidence and ease.
Grounding, efficient, and prenatal-friendly.
I’m back on the prenatal journey, which means I’m focusing on alternative core work for the next couple of months. This bird dog stabilization flow feels so good and always leaves me centered. It’s the perfect stand-alone quickie on days when I don’t have time for a full class, but I also love using it as a warm-up before bouncing.

Perfectly exhausting and energizing.
If I can swing it, I love getting a 45-minute class into the week. I gravitate toward this one because it challenges me with moves I don’t often teach myself. With an around-the-world off sides AND a knee tuck, this combo is demonic in the best way. Plus, the playlist? Iconic.
For when you need a reset (and accountability).
I wish I could say I’m great at stretching on my own, but the truth is, I need the structure. Popping on this stretch session midweek helps me regroup and reorganize my body. Alyssa’s sequence always leaves me feeling ooey gooey and spacious—especially through my back body.
Efficient, balanced, and very Chappell Roan.
Duo has really been my jam lately—it’s wild how much you can get out of 30 minutes. This class has been a favorite because it hits all the upper body moments I’ve been missing with so many of my clients focusing on lower body lately. It brings me back into balance... and the all-Chappell Roan playlist doesn’t hurt.
Screaming is part of the process.
I really like lifting heavy. It makes me feel strong and cool—and also kind of unhinged. I spend most of this class yelling just to keep myself going, and it’s honestly the most liberating, silly, joyful experience. Jess somehow remains calm and collected while I howl through my reps at home, and I love her for it.
