January Challenge 2024

January Challenge is here to give you guidance, motivation, kick ass cardio and strength workouts  and make sure you don’t take yourself too seriously along the way

As the new year approaches, so does one of the most overused (and just plain gross) marketing ploys that exists: New Year, New You. *Insert sickly green emoji here*. Businesses in every industry will use this tagline to sell you magic eye cream that rivals facial reconstructive surgery, sweaters that will absolutely get you your dream job and of course, fitness programs that will transform your body into an unattainable body ideal in just one week! 

This type of messaging has always given us the ick. While we’re all for setting goals and using the change in calendar to help you do so, but why does it always have to be about completely reinventing yourself- physically, mentally, financially, spiritually? What if your goal for this new year is simply to move your body more? To find a workout that is effective AND  amplifies the incredible person you already are? To continue enjoying things that already make you happy? 

We know that coming off the holidays can be a bit of a whirlwind, and it can be difficult to find your groove when it comes to achieving any kind of goal; this is where our annual January Challenge comes in right on cue. Instead of “New Year, New You,” join us for “It’s a new year, let’s have some fun and get back into our routines!” Whether you’re diving back into the ness or joining us for the very first time, our January Challenge is here to give you guidance, motivation, kick ass cardio and strength workouts  and make sure you don’t take yourself too seriously along the way. This year, we’re spreading it out over three weeks featuring 24 brand new, 45 minute bounce, sculpt and stretch sessions, 10 minute focus classes to bring a little extra heat, and a few ways to earn rewards as you go. Here’s everything you need to know about January Challenge 2024:

WHEN: 

  • Week 1: 1/8/24
  • Week 2: 1/15/24
  • Week 3: 1/22/23

WHERE:

  • The ness digital, of course! January challenge is included in your regular ness digital subscription. Not a subscriber? Try a 7 day trial here. 

WHAT ELSE:

  • 18 new 45 minute classes
  • 6 new 10 minute focus classes 
  • Choose to follow our bounce, sculpt, or mixed tracks 
  • Complete the weekly video sets in order of appearance for the best flow!

EARN REWARDS ALONG THE WAY: 

Challenge rules

  • Complete each class laid out in your chosen track
  • Sweat with us to gain points and unlock rewards along the way

Leave a comment on each video you complete in your chosen January Challenge track

SUPPORT = 2 POINTS

Leave a review for us in the apple app store, google play store,  or on google reviews. (Up to two total reviews)

SHARE = 3 POINTS

Post on Social.
