This summer, the ness is heading west. We’re thrilled to announce our return to W Aspen for a three-week Aspen fitness residency this August, bringing our signature bounce trampoline workouts to the base of Aspen Mountain.

What to Expect
From August 8–24, we’ll be hosting pop-up fitness classes on the scenic rooftop of W Aspen. Whether you’re a local, visiting for a long weekend, or planning your dream wellness retreat in Aspen, our bounce classes are designed to energize, uplift, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.
The schedule is simple:
- Kickoff Weekend: Thursday, August 8 – Sunday, August 11
- Ongoing Schedule: Wednesdays–Sundays, through August 24
We’ll be teaching the ness bounce, our signature trampoline-based cardio and strength workout known for its low-impact intensity, joy-inducing movement, and cult following. And yes—the mountain views are real. Last year, we got misty mid-bounce (it’s a thing).
